Insurance & direct billing

We recommend reviewing your policy to ensure your appointment will be covered. Please contact your insurance company to find out your coverage if necessary, as we are not authorized to do that for you. RMTs and acupuncturists usually accept all massage and acupuncture coverage. For osteopathy, we recommend you call us before booking online.

We encourage you to book your appointment ahead. Walk-ins are welcome, but call 647-859-1119 before visiting without an appointment. For appointments outside our opening hours, please call the clinic.

Arrive 10 minutes early

Your first appointment starts with a short intake form — fill it out online beforehand or in the clinic. We suggest you arrive about 10 minutes early.

Cancellations — 24 hours

Call 647-859-1119 at least 24 hours ahead to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged.

Late arrivals

Arriving late may shorten your treatment time.

Your insurance information, if you'd like us to direct-bill your plan.

Direct billing

You are responsible for any portion left unpaid after direct billing. If your plan pays the plan member instead of the clinic (rare), you are responsible for full payment.
