Lynn believes in the powerful benefits of natural treatments of human body including massage therapy. Lynn’s passion lies in assessing clients’ s concerns, providing them with effective treatments and improving clients’ general health and wellbeing. Her specialty includes but not limited to Swedish oil massage, traditional Chinese tuina, hydrotherapy, joint mobilization, trigger points, fascia release, muscle energy and soft tissue stretching. She has helped clients with various conditions, such as headache, stiff neck, shoulder and low back pain, TMJ disorder, sciatica, repetitive muscle strain. Her goal is to relieve musculoskeletal pain, prevent physical dysfunction and also achieve full body relaxation.
Susan is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, Registered Acupuncturist, and Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario. She graduated from National China Wuhan University College of Medicine with 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry in China.
After immigrating to Canada, Susan obtained her certificate and diploma from John&Jenny Traditional Chinese medicine College, and the Canadian College of Massage Therapy and Hydrotherapy Therapy of Ontario. She has 12 years of experience in Canada majoring in Chinese Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture, Tuina, Massage, Guasha, Cupping Therapy.
Furthermore, she developed deep expertise in treating acute and chronic pain and injuries, such as neck pain, shoulder stiffness, frozen shoulder, back pain, disc herniations, sciatica, knee and leg pain, etc.
She has treated people with wound that doesn’t heal for long time and scar renovation, resolved digestive system problem, such as abdominal distension, diarrhea, enterogastritis, gall-stone, kidney stone, headache, insomnia, facial paralysis, rhinitis, asthma, pharyngitis, chronic cough, dysmanorrhea, unfertility, menopausal syndrome; cared for pregnant and postpartum women, treating problems with pregnancy and childbirth such as back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, hypogalactia, and mastitis.
Kristine is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac.), Certified Life Coach (CLC) and Certified Bodytalk Practitioner (CBP) with over 10 years of experience collaboratively working with clients to address their health concerns and life goals in a holistic way. Whether it be Life Coaching,Acupuncture,BodyTalk or a combination of modalities, Kristine’s goal is to optimize your health and empower you to be an advocate for your well-being through education, communication and offering a variety of services that best fit your unique BodyMind needs.

James is a physical therapy graduate from the University of Toronto. He has experience working with many different injuries including neck and back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder injuries, ankle sprains and much more.
James treatments consist primarily of hands-on treatment, acupuncture and exercises but also likes to tailor his treatment plans to meet an individual’s needs.
James enjoys hiking and travelling and would be happy to talk to you about past and future vacations. He likes to cook and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
